超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后并发症的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors of complications after ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy

目的:分析超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后并发症的危险因素。方法:选取120例超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术患者,对活检术后并发症发生的危险因素采用Logistic回归分析。结果:进针3针的最多,占16.1%(10/62),所有患者均未发生死亡、感染等严重并发症;肾实质厚度<1.5 cm的患者并发症最多,发生率高达18.2%;狼疮性肾炎并发症最多,发生率高达30.0%;急性肾功能衰竭是穿刺术后并发症发生的一个独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:急性肾功能衰竭可能是超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术患者发生并发症的危险因素,应该引起临床重视。

Objective： To analyze the risk factors of complications after ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods： 120 cases of after ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy were selected. The risk factors of postoperative complications after biopsy were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results： Most of needle 3,accounting for 16. 1%（ 10/62）,all patients had no serious complications of death,infection and other complications. Pationts of renal parenchyma thickness 1.5 cm had the highest complication,the incidence was 18. 2%,lupus nephritis most complications,the incidence was 30.0%,acute renal failure was an independent the risk factors of postoperative complications of puncture（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acute renal failure may be the risk factors of complications after ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy in patients and should cause clinical attention.
