吞咽训练提高留置胃管成功率的效果评价

Efficacy evaluation of swallowing training on the success rate of the retained gastric tube

目的:探讨两种不同留置胃管的方法在临床上的成功率及效果。方法:选取需留置胃管患者195例,随机分观察组98例,对照组97例。观察组采用吞咽训练并服用石蜡油后留置胃管,对照组采用常规留置胃管方法。观察两组留置胃管的一次成功率、操作时间、患者的主观感受。结果:留置胃管观察组一次成功率97.96%,对照组72.16%;操作时间和不良主观感受发生率观察组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽训练后服用石蜡油能显著提高一次留置胃管成功率,缩短操作时间,提高患者主观感受舒适性.

Objective： To explore the success rate and effect of two different methods of the retained gastric tube in clinic. Methods： A total of 195 patients of the retained gastric tube were selected,98 cases were randomly divided into observation group,and 97 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with swallowing training and paraffin oil. The control group was treated with routine gastric tube method. The success rate,operation time and subjective feeling of the two groups were observed. Results：The success rate was 97.96% in the observation group and 72.16% in the control group. The operation time and subjective feeling in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Swallowing training and taking paraffin oil can significantly improve the success rate of indwelling gastric tube at a time,shortening the time of indwelling gastric tube,improve the patient＇s feeling.
