高血压患者住院费用及影响因素研究进展

Research progress of the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of hypertension

高血压是最常见的慢性非传染性疾病,也是心脑血管疾病最主要的危险因素,其主要并发症不仅致残、致死率高,而且严重消耗医疗和社会资源,给家庭和社会造成沉重负担。住院费用是衡量疾病经济负担的主要指标,笔者对高血压住院费用及影响因素进行综述。

Hypertension is the most common chronic non-communicable disease,and it is also the major risk factor of cardiovascnlar and cerebrovascular diseases. The major complications of hypertension are not only at high disability and death rate,but also the huge consumption of medical and social resources. It causes heavy burden to the family and society. Hospitalization costs are the major index to measure the economic burden of disease. This paper reviewed the progress on the hospitalization costs and its influencing factors of hypertension.
