摘要 超声自动乳腺全容积成像系统(ABVS)始用于2009年,是带有三维容积成像功能的超声自动检查技术,扫描覆盖全乳,能够全面显示冠状面,精确检测出病灶,在检出率、肿块定位、准确率及良恶性鉴别等方面ABVS显示出了其独特的优势,克服了传统手持式超声只能提供乳腺病灶的局部断面信息、重复检查差异大等诸多缺点。ABVS同时也存在一定局限性。ABVS体现了与其他影像学技术联合使用的价值。笔者就ABVS技术在乳腺占位性病变诊断中的应用进展进行综述。 The Automated Breast Volume Scanner( ABVS) was developed in 2009,which is a threedimensional ultrasound imaging system that is able to scan the whole breast automatically. This system can fully reconstruct the anatomical coronal plane and precisely show the breast lesions. With the specific technical advances in detectable rate,lump location,accuracy and differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumors,ABVS overcomes the drawbacks of handheld ultrasonography( HHUS),such as showing limited planar images and lack of reproducibility. However,ABVS still has limitations,which allows us to evaluate the combination of ABVS with other medical imaging technologies. In this article,we reviewed the current clinical application of ABVS in the differential diagnosis of breast masses.
