糖尿病前期人群社区健康管理研究进展

Study progress of community health management of pre-diabetic mellitus people

糖尿病前期是糖尿病发展的关键阶段,在此阶段采取干预措施能有效阻止糖尿病以及各种代谢紊乱发生。目前对糖尿病前期患者的管理越来越受到关注,新的管理模式也不断建立,但这些模式的广度和深度还需要进一步加强,笔者针对糖尿病前期人群的健康教育、自我管理能力的教育,综述了社区对糖尿病前期人群健康教育、干预模式的现状以及存在的问题和不足。

The pre-diabetes mellitus is the critical phase which diabetes develops,takes the intervention measure in this stage to be able to prevent diabetes as well as each kind of metabolism disorder occurrence effectively. At present,pre-diabetic mellitus management is focused. The new management pattern also unceasingly establishes,but these pattern breadth and the depth also need further to strengthen. Reference to the health education of pre-diabetes mellitus and self-management ability,author reviews present situation and shortcoming of health education and intervention model about community pre-diabetic people.
