摘要 以灰碱皮边角料为原料,分别以甘油、尿素作为增塑剂,采用传统的注塑成型工艺制备胶原蛋白塑料。着重研究了加工成型过程中增塑剂种类及含量对材料热稳定性和力学性能的影响.探讨了胶原蛋白分子结构的变化以及加工温度范围。结果显示:甘油或尿素的加入降低了材料的分解温度.以甘油作为胶原纤维的增塑剂,体系的加工成型温度范围为84-219℃。成型后蛋白塑料在室温下处于高弹态,力学性能达到注塑用聚乙烯国家标准。与甘油增塑体系相比,尿素增塑体系的成型温度范围较窄,仅在132-150℃,成型后蛋白塑料在室温下处于玻璃态,具有较高的拉伸强度。但断裂伸长率低于注塑用聚乙烯的国标要求。 The collagen plastics were prepared by injection molding method, using glycerol or urea as me ptast,c-- zer and limed hide scraps as raw materials. The effects of plasticizers content and type on thermal stability and me- chanical properties of the plastic were studied. The changes of collagen molecular structure and the processing temper- ature were discussed. The results show that the addition of glycerol or urea can reduce the decomposition temperature of the materials. The molding temperature of the collagen plastic with glycerol as the plasticizer is 84 - 219-C. The protein plastics are in high elastic state at room temperature after molding and the mechanical properties of materials can meet the GB requirements of polyethylene for injection molding. Compared with glycerol, urea gives the material a narrower range of molding temperatures only in 132- 150℃. The collagen plastic is vitreous at room temperature after molding and it has high tensile strength, while the elongation at break is lower than the GB requirements of polyethy-lene for injection molding.
