二醋酸纤维素改性水性聚氨酯的制备及薄膜性能 被引量:4

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚2000(PPG2000)作为主要原料,二醋酸纤维素(CDA)为改性剂.制备了一系列CDA改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)。研究了CDA用量对改性前后WPU薄膜的热稳定、耐水性、涂层附着力和硬度的影响。结果表明,CDA的加入改善了WPU的热稳定性、耐水性、耐溶剂性及附着力,尤其是薄膜硬度显著提高。当CDA用量为6.8%质量分数时,薄膜的综合性能较好。红外光谱(FT-IR)表征发现WPU分子骨架上成功引入了CDA,热重(TG)分析表明CDA改性后WPU薄膜热稳定性得到提高。 A series of cellulose acetate modified waterborne uate (IPDI) and polyether 2000 (PPG2000) as raw materials, polyurethanes were prepared with isophorone diisocya- cellulose acetate (CDA) as modifier. The effects of the CDA dosages on properties of cellulose acetate modified waterborne polyurethane films were systematically studied including thermal stability, water resistance, adhesion and the fihns hardness. The results show that the properties of WPU films including thermal stability, water resistance, solvent resistance and adhesion performance are improve by the addition of CDA, the fihns hardness is obviously improved. When the CDA dosage is 6. 8%, WPU films have ex- cellent performances. The CDA is successfully introduced into WPU molecular skeleton by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) characterization. Thermogravimetry (TG) analysis indicates that the thermal stability of WPU is improved by using CDA as modifier.
