摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)又称老年痴呆,是一种起病隐匿、进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。随着人类寿命的增加,AD的患病率也在不断增加,严重危害了老龄人群的健康和生活质量,当今人口老龄化日趋显著,AD已成为倍受关注的社会公共问题。
