摘要
以活性Al_2O_3为载体制备稀土负载杂多酸催化剂,以长链不饱和脂肪酸、多元醇为原料,制备低凝点酯类柴油抗磨剂。考察了原料的选择、摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对柴油抗磨剂的影响。结果表明:长链不饱和脂肪酸与季戊四醇摩尔比为1∶1,溶剂为甲苯,催化剂与反应体系的质量比为1.0,反应温度110℃,反应时间8小时得到的产品酸值小于1 mg KOH/g,具有优异的抗磨效果。
Active Al2O3 was used as the carrier to prepare the rare earth load heteropolyacid catalyst; Over the catalyst, low freezing point ester antiwear agent for diesel oil was prepared by using long-chain unsaturated fatty acid and polyol as raw materials. The influence of raw materials, their molar ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the property of prepared diesel antiwear agent was investigated. The results showed that, when the mole ratio of long chain unsaturated fatty acid and pentaerythritol was 1:1, toluene was used as solvent, the mass ratio of catalyst and reaction system was 1.0, the reaction temperature was 110 ℃, the reaction time was 8 h, the acid value of prepared product was less than 1 mg KOH/g,and the product had excellent anti-wear effect.
