摘要
卡前列甲酯属于手性对映体,药用中需要进行拆分,用其S体。本实验运用模拟移动床技术对卡前列甲酯进行了分离,通过大量实验数据的对比找出适合工业化生产的工艺参数:进样流速为UF=0.3 mL/min;进样浓度为0.05 g/mL;洗脱液流速为UD=52 mL/min;产品出口流速为UE=25 mL/min;残余液流速为UR=27.3 mL/min;切换时间为41 min。
Carboprost methylate belongs to chiral enantiomers.For medicinal purposes, it needs to be split into its S body. In this experiment, the technique of simulated moving bed was used to separate the carboprost methylate. According to the large number of experimental data, the suitable parameters for industrial production were found: feed rate UF=0.3 mL/min;input concentration 0.05 g/mL;eluent flow rate UD=52 mL/min; product flow rate UE=25 mL/min;residual liquid flow rate UR=27.3 mL/min;switch time 41 min.
