摘要
针对油气管道设计方案综合评价需要考虑的指标多,且存在相对性,最佳方案选择难等问题,提出采用熵权和灰色聚类决策法相结合,建立油气管道设计方案的优选模型。首先对设计方案进行灰色分类,并构建灰类白化权函数;其次根据熵权法确定各指标的权重系数;最后运用灰色聚类方法对设计方案进行综合评价,确定设计方案的灰类等级。结果表明,该方法应用于天然气管道设计方案优选是可行的,给天然气管道设计方案的综合分析及评估提供了一种科学、合理、有效的新思路和决策理论依据。
Aiming at the problems in the comprehensive evaluation of oil and gas pipelines designing scheme, base on the entropy and grey clustering decision method, the oil and gas pipelines designing scheme optimization mode was constructed. Firstly, the designing scheme was divided into grey classes, and the grey winterization weight function was constructed. Secondly, the entropy method was used to determine the index weight coefficient. At last, the designing scheme was comprehensive evaluated according to grey clustering method, and the designing scheme grey level was determined. The results showed that, the proposed method was practicable in oil and gas pipelines designing scheme optimization, it was a scientific, rational and effective method for the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of oil and gas pipelines designing scheme.
