临床197株流感嗜血杆菌的分布及耐药性分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨本地区流感嗜血杆菌的分布特点及其耐药性,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法回顾性分析我院自2016年7月到2017年6月197株流感嗜血杆菌的检出分布情况,并采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)行抗菌药物敏感性分析。结果临床流感嗜血杆菌的感染主要以儿童检出率最高,高达51.27%,流行季节主要集中在冬季(34.01%)、春季(27.92%);以儿科(50.25%)、ICU(23.35%)分离率较高;标本类型以痰液(95.94%)为主;药敏性分析呈现其对复方新诺明及氨苄西林具有较高的耐药率,分别为61.42%、54.31%,对碳青霉烯类(亚胺培南、美罗培南)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦及三代头孢敏感性较高。结论根据药敏试验选择敏感抗生素对疗效的提高及耐药菌株的减少均有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Haemophilus influenzae in this region,and provide guidance for clinical rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in June 2017 were the distribution of 197 strains of Haemophilus influenzae since July 2016,and by the disk diffusion method(K-B method)for analysis of antimicrobial susceptibility of Haemophilus influenzae.Results Clinical results the infection mainly for children was the highest,up to 51.27%,mainly concentrated in the winter season(34.01%),spring(27.92%)in the Department of Pediatrics(50.25%),ICU(23.35%)higher separation rate in sputum specimen type;(95.94%),drug sensitivity analysis showed its high to cotrimoxazole and ampicillin resistance rate were 61.42%,54.31%,to carbapenems(imipenem,meropenem),piperacillin/tazobactam and three generation cephalosporin sensitivity is high.Conclusion According to the drug sensitivity test to select.It is important to select sensitive antibiotics for the improvement of curative effect and the reduction of drug resistant strains.
