摘要
目的探究芦丁与奥司他韦联合对H1N1流感病毒神经氨酸酶(N1)的抑制作用。方法首先分别测定芦丁与奥司他韦对N1抑制的IC50值,而后根据芦丁与奥司他韦各自对N1的抑制活性选取浓度分别为其0.5,1,2,4倍IC50的浓度倍数,保证加入芦丁奥司他韦的浓度的比例保持一致。最后测定二者联合使用对N1的抑制作用。结果芦丁与奥司他韦联合药物指数(CI)均小于1。结论芦丁与奥司他韦联合用药对H1N1流感病毒神经氨酸酶是协同抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of rutin and oseltamivir on the neuraminidase（N1）of H1 N1 influenza virus.Methods The IC50 values of rutin and oseltamivir against N1 were determined respectively.Then,the inhibitory activity of rutin and oseltamivir against N1 was 0.5,1,2,and 4 times the concentration of IC50,To ensure that the proportion of rutinotrivir added to the concentration of consistent.Finally,the combination of the two on the inhibition of N1.Results The combined drug index（CI）of rutin and oseltamivir was less than 1.ConclusionRutin combined with oseltamivir is a synergistic inhibitory effect on H1 N1 influenza neuraminidase.
