摘要
建立了四氧化二氮废气吸收的新方法,利用泡沫剂与吸收剂作用产生的致密泡沫层,实现对四氧化二氮废气的高效吸收。通过研究吸收系统的吸收率、亚硝酸盐氮含量和废气处理能力可知,采用该新方法连续5次吸收,吸收率仍超过90%,亚硝酸盐含量低于国家地面水排放标准,四氧化二氮废气处理能力为414 L/h,可实现四氧化二氮废气的高效率吸收和无毒化排放,解决废气的危害问题。
The new method for absorption of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas was established. Utilizing the compact foam layer produced by the action between the foaming agent and the absorbent, the high efficient absorption of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas was achieved. Through investigating the absorption rate, the nitrogen content of the nitrite and the treatment capacity of the waste gas for the absorption system, it is known that the absorption was successively carried out for 5 times by using this new method, the absorption rate is still above 90%, the content of the nitrite is lower than the national standard of the surface water discharge, the treatment capacity for nitrogen tetroxide waste gas is 414 L/h. Therefore, the high efficient absorption and the non-toxic emission of the nitrogen tetroxide waste gas can be achieved, and the problem about the waste gas harm is solved.
