正仲氢转化催化剂性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 对自制的正仲氢转化催化剂性能进行了实验研究,结果表明:制备的催化剂经连续反应100 h后,其活性不下降;正仲氢转化催化剂的烘干温度由60℃烘干到适当程度后再升到130℃为宜;煅烧温度超过155℃的时间太长会使活性有所下降;活化温度不宜超过200℃。 The performance of the self-made orthohydrogen-parahydrogen converting catalyst was experimentally investigated. The results show that the activity of the prepared catalyst did not decrease after continuous reaction for 100 h. It is suitable that the drying temperature of the orthohydrogen-parahydrogen converting catalyst increases from 60 ℃ to an appropriate extent and then to 130 ℃. When the calcination temperature exceeds 155 ℃ for a long time, the activity can be decreased. Therefore, the activation temperature should not exceed 200 ℃.
