“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆在智库建设中的创新服务研究

Research on the University Library's Innovative Service for Think Tank Construction under the Background of “Double First-class” Construction

在"双一流"建设背景下,高校图书馆应利用自身资源优势积极参与高校智库建设,为地区的经济社会发展提供服务支撑。通过探讨"双一流"建设、高校图书馆服务和高校智库建设三者的关系,提出了"双一流"建设背景下高校图书馆参与高校智库建设创新服务的架构,从人员队伍、资源建设、服务体系和科学评价4个方面讨论了图书馆创新服务的内容。

Under the background of ＂double first-class＂construction,the university library should take advantage of its own resource to actively participate construction of the university think tank and provide service support for the local economic and social development. Through the discussion of the relationship between the＂double first-class＂construction,the service of university library and the construction of university think tank,this paper puts forward the innovation service framework of university library to participate the construction of university think tank under the background of ＂ double first-class＂construction,and discusses the content of library innovation service from four aspects of staff construction,resources construction,service system and scientific evaluation.
