基于年报分析的福建省政府信息公开发展与对策研究

Research on the Development and Countermeasures of Fujian Provincial Government Information Disclosure Based on Annual Report

以福建省历年政府信息公开年报内容为研究对象,从管理机制、保障机制、监督机制、培训机制等方面介绍了福建省政府信息公开工作机制的建设状况,从主动公开、依申请公开、行政复议、行政诉讼等方面分析了福建省政府信息公开工作的实施情况,针对政府信息公开工作中存在的问题,提出了改进的建议,包括拓展信息公开内容、优化信息公开途径、加强工作人员培训、注重民众满意度考核等。

Taking the government information disclosure annual reports of Fujian as the research object,this paper introduces the work mechanism construction of Fujian provincial government information disclosure from management mechanism,policy protective mechanism,supervision mechanism,and training mechanism,analyses implementation status of Fujian provincial government information disclosure from aspects of active opening,opening according to application,administrative review and administrative litigation,and aiming at existing problems in government information disclosure work,puts forward the improvement suggestions such as expanding the information disclosure content,optimizing ways of information disclosure,strengthening personnel training and paying attention to public satisfaction assessment.
