摘要
运用ANSYS软件建立加氢反应器冷氢口区域模型,根据冷氢口的工作特点,考虑该区域由于温差产生的热应力,采用温度分析与应力分析的顺序耦合分析方法,分析冷氢口部位的温度场分布,然后导入结构分析中,得到应力强度的计算结果,并按照JB 4732对危险截面进行评定。
The hydrogen inlet nozzle model that was established with ANSYS software in full consideration of the working condition of the hydrogen inlet nozzle and the thermal stress produced by temperature difference in this area is used to analyze the temperature field distribution on the hydrogen inlet nozzle by using a sequential temperature/stress coupling analysis method. After that, the analysis result is imported into the structural analysis to obtain the calculated stress strength. The dangerous cross section is evaluated in accordance with JB 4732.
