介绍滚筒冷却器的机构与工作原理,以及将滚筒冷却器应用在铸造型砂的冷却处理中取得的效果。介绍可用于滚筒冷却器驱动功率计算的经验公式,通过将计算结果与滚筒冷却器生产实测数据对比,对公式的计算精度进行分析,为滚筒式冷却设备驱动功率的确定提供依据和参考。
The paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of a rotary cooler and its effect in the cooling of molding sand for foundry. The result calculated with applicable empirical formula of rotary cooler drive power compares with actual data to verify the accuracy of the formula and provide the basis and reference for determination of rotary cooler drive power.
