摘要 通过热模拟试验研究一次正火、两次回火热处理条件下,正火温度、正火冷却速度、一次回火温度、二次回火温度及回火时间对ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢性能的影响。试验结果表明,ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢在1040℃正火时强度和塑性较好,正火冷却速度快和一次回火温度高有利于屈服强度的提高,但一次回火温度升高降低了抗拉强度,二次回火温度升高和回火时间增加均不利于强度的提高。 Thermal Simulation Tests were carried out to analyze the effect of normalizing temperature, normalizing cooling rate, primary tempering temperature, secondary tempering temperature and tempering time on the mechanical property of ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo martensitic stainless steel under one normalizing and two tempering heat treatments. The test result reveals the ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo martensitic stainless steel has better strength and plasticity when it was normalized at 1040 ℃, and high normalizing cooling rate and primary tempering temperature benefit to the improve the yield strength, but, increasing primary tempering temperature reduces the tensile strength,and increasing secondary tempering temperature and time both are not good for the strength improvement.
