西藏农牧区物流运作模式研究

On Logistics Operation Mode of the Agricultural and Pastoral Area in Tibet

文章根据西藏农牧区物流涉及范围广、构成复杂、以输入型为主的特殊情况,归纳出高原物流具有需求分散性强、成本高、物品特殊等特性,分析高原物流在物流通道、物流主体、物流信息建设、物流技术、物流环境等五个构成要素方面的发展约束;进而提出建立针对内外物流、内部物流、末端物流三个层次的物流运作模式,同时用优势企业和服务外包整合运作模式,将三个层次的物流运作模式进行有效衔接,最后形成具有高原特色的西藏农牧区物流运作模式。

The logistics of the Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areas involves a wide range of complex operation,and mainly the flow-in type, which means that plateau logistics have the features of decentralized demand, highcost, and special articles. The channels, main bodies, information construction, technology, environment are thefive constraints of the plateau logistics. Thus, this article proposes a logistics operation mode with three differentsections, namely internal one, external one and terminal one. And the three sections of logistics operation modeshould be effectively linked up to form a logistics operation mode for the Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areaswith the characteristics of plateau.
