智慧养老背景下西部地区医养结合服务供给主体关系博弈研究

The Research of the Game Theory on the Relationship between Medical and Elderly Care Service Supply in Western China

我国进入老龄社会以后,为积极应对老龄化危机,一直不断探索养老服务新模式。西部地区作为我国战略要地,社会环境相对复杂,老龄化问题催生的一系列问题更是影响到整个西部地区社会稳定和民族团结。应对老龄化问题主要需要解决医疗和养老两大难题。受制于资源匮乏和经济发展滞后,西部地区养老体系的建立健全更亟需政府和社会力量广泛参与和支持。文章从政府、医疗养老机构和企业三者关系入手,建立三方合作博弈模型,分析了西部地区养老体系参与主体的策略选择。博弈结果能对西部地区养老特情下的医养结合服务过程提供决策建议。

In order to alleviate the aging crisis, China has never stopped its exploration of elderly care service. Theaging problem in western China would affect the social stability and national unity. The key to solve the agingproblem is to solve the medical care and elderly care problem. To develop the system of integration of elderlycare and medical care service, it is imperative that the government and social forces should be the main support-er and participator because of the lack of resources and backwardness in economy. This article attempts to estab-lish a tripartite cooperation game model for the government, medical institutions and enterprises. By analyzingthe integration strategy of choice in the process, this article aims to put forward suggestion according to the resultof game analysis in western China.
