护理机中纯棉织物工作参数优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来家用熨烫设备开始向智能化、自动化发展,即衣物护理机的开发和研究.护理机具有的独特封闭系统,使得其内部各工作模块可以影响棉织物形变过程中的温度、湿度、外力,而不同的模块工作参数组合对织物外观平整度有不同的影响效果.本文搭建了封闭式衣物护理试验原型机,研究封闭系统下衣物护理的工作参数,包括工作时间及振动频率对棉织物外观平整度的影响,从而建立了以纯棉织物为代表的工作参数优化统计模型.研究结果表明,各工作参数对平整度影响显著性由大到小为:振动时间,振动频率,通蒸汽时间,通热风时间.蒸汽作用时间为8 min、振动频率为3 Hz时,棉织物在护理机中能得到较好的除皱效果. In recent years, household ironing equipment has being developed toward intelligent and automatic way, leading to a kind of new products, clothing care machines. With the unique closed system, each module in the clothing care machines can affect the temperature, humidity and exter- nal force, the factors bring about the deformation of cotton fabric. And different combinations of the parameters of different modules will show different effects on the smoothness of the fabric appear- ance. In this paper, a closed prototype machine for clothing care was built with the aims to investi- gate the influence of the working parameters of the clothing care machine, such as working time and vibration frequency, on the smoothness appearance of cotton fabric and to establish an optimized sta- tistical model for working parameters of cotton fabric. The results indicated that the influence of the working parameters on the smoothness appearance of cotton fabric follows the order: vibration time 〉 vibration frequency 〉 steaming time 〉 drying time. When the steaming time is 8 min and the vi- bration frequency is 3Hz, the clothing care machine shows better wrinkle removal effect for cotton fabric.
