摘要
在电机控制器驱动系统中,IGBT的高速开关动作会产生很高的du/dt,di/dt,导致产生严重的电磁干扰(EMI)。本文通过对驱动系统EMI测试,分析了主要的干扰源IGBT关断所产生的du/dt,建立了电磁干扰传播模型。在此分析基础上,提出了干扰源的抑制措施,取得了显著的效果。解决了30MHz以上的RE辐射发射3级限值超标问题。
In motor drive system,the high du/dt and di/dt due to the fast switching of IGBT can bring serious electro-magnetic interference(EMI)issues. In this paper,through the EMI test of the driving system,the du/dt generated by the main interference source IGBT is analyzed,and the electromagnetic interference propagation model is established. On the basis of this analysis,the suppression measures of the interference source are put forward,and the remarkable results have been achieved. The problem of 3 level limit value exceeding the standard of 30 MHz RE radiation emission is solved.
