基于工艺参数变化的中央通道拼焊板回弹趋势研究

摘要 激光拼焊板在汽车工业中的应用日趋广泛,本文针对某车型的中央通道加强板,模拟拉延成形过程,研究拼焊板回弹量随着工艺参数的变化趋势。对比不同材料的光板,设置不同的压边力、材料厚度、拼焊板属性,最终得到不同工艺条件下的零件整体回弹量,以最大回弹量作为研究的量化标准,最终得到结论:拼焊板由于焊缝的硬化和两侧厚度不同导致零件的回弹量增大;一定范围内,随着压边力增大,拼焊板的回弹量增大;拼焊板料厚度差越大,不均匀性带来的回弹越大。最终确定最佳的拉延成形工艺参数,与实际生产的所提取的回弹扫描图进行对比,为实际生产提供可靠的支持。 The application of tailored laser welding plate in the automotive industry is becoming more and more widespread. In this paper,the drawing process of the central channel reinforcement plate for a certain type of vehicle is simulated and the trend of the springback of tailored laser welding plate with different process parameters is studied. The light plates of different materials,different blank holder forces,material thicknesses,and t tailored laser welding plate properties were set to be considered. Finally,the total springback of the parts under different process conditions was obtained. The maximum springback was used as a quantitative standard for the study,and the conclusion was finally reached:Due to the hardening of the weld and the thickness of the two sides of the weld,the springback of the part increases;Within a certain range,as the blank holder force increases,the springback of the tailor-welded plate increases;With the greater difference in the thickness of tailor-welded sheet material,the springback caused by the unevenness is bigger. Finally,the optimal drawing forming process parameters are determined,and compared with the actual production of the extracted rebound scan charts,to provide reliable support for actual production.
