摘要
数控机床主轴空运转时产生的振动主要由机床传动系统引起,该振动不仅影响机床运行的平稳性和工件的切削加工,也是机床噪声的主要来源。主轴空运转振动和机床的动态性能密切相关,且在机床中普遍存在和难以避免,是机床振动研究的主要内容之一。通过空运转绝对振动试验了解机床的振动特性、规律和产生机理,进而找出减少振动的相应措施。
When the CNC Machine tool spindle is no-load running; the vibration is mainly caused by the machine tool drive system. The vibration not only affects the stability of the machine tool operation and the machining of the workpiece; but also is the main noise source of machine tool. Spindle no-load running vibration is closely related to the dynamic performance of the machine tool; and it is ubiquitous and difficult to avoid in machine tools. It is one of the main contents of machine tool vibration research. By the no-load Absolute vibration test, we can realize the vibration characteristics; law and mechanism of the machine tool; and then to find corresponding measures to reduce vibration.
