不锈钢送料轨道数控铣削加工方法探讨

摘要 论文以奥氏体不锈钢送料轨道的加工为例,论述该轨道在数控铣削加工过程中影响工件精度和表面质量的几个主要因素,从零件的技术要求和特点出发,对该轨道的加工工艺、加工参数、冷却方式等方面进行优化改进,使用MasterCam X3进行自动编程并加工,改进后加工效果良好,对类似不锈钢零件的工艺设计和实际加工提供了一定的参考。 In this paper,the processing of austenitic stainless steel feeding track as an example,discusses several main factors influencing workpiece precision and surface quality of the track in NC milling process,starting from the technical requirements of parts and features,on the track of the machining process,machining parameters,cooling mode and other aspects of optimization,the use of MasterCam X3 automatic programming and processing,processing effect is improved well and provides a certain reference for the process design of similar parts and the actual processing of stainless steel.
