对职校创新大赛赛前指导工作的冷静思考

A Careful Thought on the Pre Competition Guidance of the Vocational School Innovation Competition

职业学校有技能大赛和创新大赛。职校教师从事创新大赛指导工作存在学校投入少、指导教师少、局限于"为赛而导"、各自为阵独立打拼、只重视参赛学生的"点"、没有完善的指导方法等问题。调查、比较、分析后提出做好上层设计让比赛工作有连续性、开放实验室的资源并共享、从"娃娃"抓起、以点带面、宽容失败、领导要尊重教师和学生的首创精神等解决问题的对策。

There are skills and innovation competitions in vocational schools. The problems which exist in the guidance work of Vocational school teachers＇ innovation competition are ： less investment in schools, less guidance teachers, limited to ＂ competition for guidance＂,separate efforts for independent competition, only attention to students participating in competitions, imperfect guidance methods and others. Through investigation, comparison and analysis, the author puts forward some solutions. For example, do the top design, make the game continuous, open and share laboratory resources, start from childhood, point to an area, tolerate failure, respect the initiative of teachers and students etc..
