摘要 小颗粒悬浮液在非渗透性客体汗潜指纹的显现方面优势明显。采用新型表面活性剂,运用Box-Behnken方法,以指纹显现效果为评价指标,考察MoS_2浓度、新型表面活性剂浓度、搅拌时间对指纹显现效果的影响,并对比传统MoS_2悬浮液显现效果。结果表明,应用Box-Behnken响应面法优化研制的新型MoS_2悬浮液的配制过程可行,在MoS_2 6.00g,新型表面活性剂0.3m L,蒸馏水50m L,搅拌时间0.5h时显现效果最佳;新型MoS_2悬浮液与传统MoS_2悬浮液相比,在纹线的吸附能力、对比度和显现效果方面均有明显提高。该方法适用于非渗透性客体汗潜指纹的快速显现,具有较好的应用价值,适合进一步研究推广。 The small particle suspension has obvious advantages in the development of latent fingerprints in impervious surface. By using a new surface active agent and Box-Behnken method, the result of fingerprint development is taken as an evaluation indicator to investigate the influence of the concentration of MoS2, new surface active agent and stirring time, compared with traditional MoS2 suspension liquid performance. The result shows that it is feasible to use Box-Behnken methods to optimize the preparation of MoS2 suspension liquid. The suspension liquid can produce high adsorption capacity with latent fingerprint under the condition of 6.00g MoS2, 0.3mL new surface active agent, 50mL distilled water and 0.5h stirring time. Compared with the traditional small particle suspension, the new method performed higher in adsorption capacity, contrast ratio and appearance. Consequently, this method can be used in developing the impervious surface latent fingerprint, which has application value and is suitable for further promotion.
