摘要
为提升预防我国未成年人犯罪的成效,通过梳理犯罪的情境预防理论的主要依据和策略手段,并结合我国未成年人犯罪的特征与预防现状,对我国未成年人犯罪预防的意义、适用性及路径展开了全面深入地分析。犯罪的情境预防理论对预防我国未成年人犯罪具有独特而重要的价值,我国未成年人犯罪的事实特征亟需采用情境预防策略。以发案数位居未成年人各类犯罪首位的抢劫犯罪为例,根据其生成特点,提出采取空间防卫策略的具体措施,对丰富完善我国预防未成年人犯罪体系具有重要价值。
The traditional model of crime prevention needs to be rethought because of the serious situation of juvenile delinquency. The theory of crime situational prevention in the west has a unique and important value for the prevention of juvenile delinquency in China. The factual characteristics of juvenile delinquency in China need to adopt situational prevention strategy. Taking the crime of robbery as an example, the concrete measures of taking space defense strategy is put forward according to the characteristics.
