摘要
造纸机压榨辊属空心铸造辊。它的受力情况,仅仅视为一在工作面宽度上承受均布载荷的简支梁是不适宜的。这是因为该类辊筒是同辊体,闷头和轴经过盈配合而结成一体的。因此,配合后将产生复杂的数值较大的装配应力。这对于压榨辊的强度计算和结构设计来说,是不容忽视的因素。辊筒的受力应为工作应力和装配应力的叠加并须考虑到疲劳问题。本文对辊筒做出了强度计算,并对结构和装配工艺有关问题提出建设性意见。
The press rolls on paper machine belong to hollow casting roll. Since the construction of this type of roll consists of roll body, blind and axle with journal as an entirety through interference fit, therefore, it is not suitable to regard that the press roll is only a simple beam subjected to uniform distributed load along the width of the working surface because the complex assembly stresses component within roll existed before running on the paper machine and its value is not negligible in the con- -struction designing and strength calculation for the press roll. The stress existed in the roll must be composited with working stresses and assembly stresses and the fatigue must be considered. This question has solved with reliable calculation method, studied——special element program for assembly stresses.In this paper the strength computation had been made and some suggestions have been made for problems related to construction and assembly technology.
