血液透析患者希望水平及影响因素分析

The Evaluation of the Level of Hope and its Influencing Factors in Hemodialysis Patients

目的:调查血液透析患者希望水平情况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择杭州市中医院血液净化中心201例血液透析患者,使用Herth希望量表测量其希望水平,同时收集患者的人口学资料、疾病相关资料,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果:201例血液透析患者的希望总体均分是(35.08±3.37)分、中位数是34分,处于中高等水平,经多重线性逐步回归分析显示患者的社会支持程度是其希望水平的独立影响因素(β=0.165,P=0.021)。结论:血液透析患者希望水平处于中高水平,社会支持与患者的希望水平呈正相关,临床中综合各种因素,提高患者的社会支持度,可以使患者获得更高的希望水平,增加患者积极情绪,提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the level of hope and its influencing factors in hemodialysis patients. Methods： A total of201 hemodialysis patients were recruited from the dialysis center in Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and were investigated with the Herth Hope Scale and Social Support Scale. Linear regression was used to explore the main influencing factors of hope. Results： The mean score on the Herth Hope Scale was（ 35. 08 ± 3. 37）,the median score was 34.Linear regression showed that social support was the protective factor for hope level（ β = 0. 165,P = 0. 021）. Conclusion： The level of hope was at a medium-high level in hemodialysis patients,it may be influenced by social support. Improving the patient＇s social support can enable the patient to obtain higher hope level and increase the patient＇s positive emotion.
