对哮喘患者进行临床路径护理的效果评价

Effect of clinical nursing pathways for patients with asthma

目的:探讨对哮喘患者进行临床路径护理的效果。方法:将在蒲江县人民医院就诊的92例哮喘患者作为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同将其分为试验组和常规组。对常规组患者进行普通护理,对试验组患者进行临床路径护理。然后对比两组患者的各项肺功能指标(包括FEV_1/FVC、FVC、FEV_1和SaO_2)、各项生活质量评分(包括躯体功能的评分、心理功能的评分、物质生活的评分和社会功能的评分)和对护理的依从率。结果:接受护理后,试验组患者的FEV_1/FVC、FVC、FEV_1、SaO_2、躯体功能的评分、心理功能的评分、物质生活的评分、社会功能的评分和对护理的依从率均高于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:对哮喘患者进行临床路径护理的效果显著。

objective： to explore the effect of clinical pathway nursing for asthma patients. Methods： 92 cases of asthma treated in pujiang county people’s hospital were studied. It is divided into experimental group and routine group according to different nursing methods. Patients in the conventional group were given general nursing, and patients in the experimental group were given clinical pathway nursing. Then compared two groups of patients with lung function index（FEV1/FVC, FVC, FEV1 and SaO2）, the quality of life score（including physical function score and psychological function of grading, the grading of material life and social function of score） and compliance rate of nursing. Results： after care, experimental group patients with FEV1/FVC, FVC, FEV1, SaO2, physical function score and psychological function of grading, the grading of material life, social function score and for nursing patients with compliance rate were higher than in normal group, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of clinical pathway nursing on asthmatic patients is significant.
