摘要
目的:对比分析用不同的角膜刮片法对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者进行PCR检测的效果。方法:将2016年2月至2017年5月唐山市眼科医院收治的62例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象。按照刮片方法的不同将这些患者分为观察组与对照组。为对照组患者采用常规肉眼下角膜刮片取样法进行PCR检测,为观察组患者采用裂隙灯显微镜下角膜刮片取样法进行PCR检测,然后对比分析其检测结果。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者进行PCR检测结果的阳性率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与采用常规肉眼下角膜刮片取样法相比,采用裂隙灯显微镜下角膜刮片取样法对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者进行PCR检测可显著提高其病情的检出率。
Objective： To compare and analyze the effect of different keratoplasty for PCR detection of herpes simplex viral keratitis. Methods： 62 patients with herpes simplex viral keratitis admitted to tangshan ophthalmic hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were studied. These patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different scraping methods. For the control group were treated by routine sampling method for PCR detection of smears under the naked eye, for the observation group were treated by slit lamp microscope sampling method for PCR detection of smears, and analyzing the test results were compared. Results： compared with the control group, the positive rate of PCR test results in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： compared with the conventional naked eye under the sampling method of smears, with slit lamp microscope sampling method of smears of herpes simplex viral keratitis patients for PCR detection can significantly increase the detection rate of illness.
