摘要
目的:探讨对接受经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后的患者实施优质护理的效果。方法:对2015年6月至2017年6月期间在绵阳市中医医院心血管科接受经桡动脉行冠脉造影术的120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行经桡动脉行冠脉造影术。术后,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行优质护理,然后比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率和对护理的满意情况。结果:观察组患者术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05),其对护理的总满意率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对接受经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后的患者实施优质护理的效果显著,能有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其对护理的满意率。
Objective： To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention after transradial coronary angiography. Methods： a total of 120 patients undergoing coronary angiography underwent transradial coronary angiography in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the object of nursing intervention. In this study, a total of two patients, of which the control group to take general nursing intervention, the observation group of patients with targeted nursing intervention, for the study of the two groups of patients care for comparative analysis. Results： the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： transradial coronary angiography in postoperative patients to take targeted nursing intervention, can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients, but also can reduce the complications of patients, is of great significance to improve the clinical treatment effect, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
