摘要 目的制备性能优异的电磁吸收喷墨油墨,研究电磁吸收剂含量对油墨印刷适性的影响。方法测试吸收剂含量不同时的电磁吸收油墨的粒径、表面张力、粘度、光固化速度,研究电磁吸收剂含量的变化对电磁吸收喷墨油墨印刷适性的影响规律,获得最合适的电磁吸收剂用量。结果当吸收剂质量分数为0.025%,0.05%或0.1%时,油墨粒径在200~300 nm范围内呈现正态分布;当吸收剂质量分数为0.2%时,大部分油墨的粒径超过500 nm,分散性相对较差。随着电磁吸收剂质量分数的增加,油墨表面张力和粘度均呈下降趋势。当吸收剂质量分数为0.025%和0.05%时,油墨表面张力分别为25.76,25.94 m N/m,油墨粘度分别为0.1354,0.1083 Pa·s,均与喷墨3D打印机专用树脂表面张力和粘度接近。此外,该2种油墨光固化过程中的相对反应速率与3D打印机专用树脂也较接近。结论经综合考虑,当吸收剂质量分数为0.05%时的油墨印刷适性和固化速度最佳。 The work aims to prepare the electromagnetic absorbing ink-jet ink with excellent performance, and study the influence of electromagnetic absorbent content on the printability of the ink. The particle size, surface tension, viscosity and light curing speed of electromagnetic absorbing ink were tested when the content of absorbent was different. The influence rule of the content of electromagnetic absorbent on the printability of electromagnetic absorbing in-jet ink was studied, and the most suitable content of electromagnetic absorbent was obtained. When the mass fraction of the absorbent was 0.025%, 0.05% or 0.1%, the particle size(ranging from 200~300 nm) of the ink was in the normal distribution. When the mass fraction of the absorbent was 0.2%, the particle size of most ink was more than 500 nm, which had relatively poor dispersion. With the increase of electromagnetic absorbent's mass fraction, the surface tension and viscosity of the ink showed a downward trend. When the mass fractions of the absorbent were respectively 0.025% and 0.05%, the surface tensions of the ink were respectively 25.76 m N/m and 25.94 m N/m, and the viscosities of the ink were respectively 0.1354 Pa·s and 0.1083 Pa·s, which were close to those of the special resin for ink-jet 3 D printer. Moreover, the relative reaction rates of these two kinds of ink during the light curing were quite close to those of the special resin for 3 D printer. Based on the comprehensive consideration, the printability and curing rate of the ink are the best when the mass fraction of absorber is 0.05%.
