Advances in treatment of interstitial lung disease associated with connectivetissue disease

结缔组织病相关间质性肺病 （CTD-ILD）发病率及病死率高,但治疗手段十分有限。目前仍然缺乏指南性的文献来帮助临床医生治疗CTD-ILD患者。目前认为,糖皮质激素,同时给予免疫抑制剂仍然是CTD-ILD的主要治疗方法。生物制剂、抗纤维化药物及肺移植对于病情严重、进展迅速的患者可能是有效的。心肺锻炼、戒烟等辅助治疗措施以及治疗合并症或加重因素的治疗方案应同时考虑在CTD-ILD治疗计划中。本文是对近几年CTD-ILD治疗的研究进展的综述。

The incidence and mortality of connective tissue disease associated with interstitial lung disease is high, but the treatment is very limited. Currently, there is still no guideline for clinicians to treat patients with connective tissue disease associated with interstitial lung disease（CTD-ILD）. It is currently believed that glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents are still the mainstay of treatment for CTD-ILD. Biologics, anti-fibrotic drugs, and lung transplants may be effective in patients who are experiencing serious, rapid progression. Adjuvant treatments, such as cardiopulmonary exercise, smoking cessation, as well as treatment options for treating comorbidities or exacerbations should also be considered in the CTD-ILD treatment plan. This article is a review of recent advances in the treatment of CTD-ILD.
