利用ArcGIS Engine和ArcSDE技术,在Visual Studio的.Net开发平台上采用Visual C#语言,设计开发一岛一档海岛信息管理系统,以实现对海岛数据的输入、处理、存储和更新,和对海岛数据的直观展示、快速查询、挖掘分析和信息共享,全面及时掌握海岛的本底数据和动态变化信息,为海岛宏观管理决策提供全局性的战略数据支持。

Using ArcGIS Engine and ArcSDE, and Visual C# language on.Net development platform of Visual Studio to design and exploit an island information management system of one-island-one-file, to operate the data input, process, storage, update, and direct performance, quick search, excavation and analysis, information sharing, to gain the island background data and dynamic information all the time, to provide overall strategic data support for island macroscopic management and decision.
