摘要
DNA损伤修复受损与恶性肿瘤发生发展密切相关,其中ATM-CHK2信号通路在DNA损伤修复、细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡过程中发挥着关键的调控作用。头颈鳞状细胞癌细胞的DNA损伤修复过程中,ATM/Chk1/2/p53信号通路的调控失调与喉癌发生发展密切相关。其上游分子SMG-1、NF.KB、ERS以及下游分子Cyclin B1、Bcl-2、Bcl-xL、caspase3等通过参与ATM-CHK2信号通路在头颈鳞状细胞癌的发生过程中发挥重要作用。本文就ATM-CHK2信号通路在头颈部鳞状细朐痛发牛发展中的调控作用和机制做一综述。
The repair of DNA damage after impairing is closely related to the development of malignant tumors, the ATM-CHK2 signaling pathway plays a key regulatory role in DNA damage repair, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. During the process of DNA damage repair in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells, the dysregulation of ATM/Chk1/2/p53 signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer. Its upstream molecules SMG-1, NF-κB, ERS and downstream molecules Cyclin B1, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, caspase 3 play an important role in the occurrence of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by participating in the ATM-CHK2 signaling pathway. This article reviews the regulatory roles and mechanisms of the ATM-CHK2 signaling pathway in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
