当今世界的文化以其多样性和包容性繁荣着文化市场，同时也丰富着人们的生活，但正是由于文化的这些特性使不同的文化之间存在很大的差异性，而且各种文化产生的历史背景也不尽相同，这就导致不同的文化之间不可避免的存在着各种冲突与碰撞，从而滋生了犯罪。文化冲突通过改变人们的行为规范从而产生犯罪，因此，我们要着重把握文化冲突与犯罪之间的联系。尤其是在面临复杂而又激烈的文化冲突形势下，我们更应该坚守文化底限，把握文化发展的大方向，努力提高文化融合力，从而进一步减少、控制犯罪的发生。

Cultural conflict can lead to crime by changing people＇s behavior norms. Therefore, we should focus on the connection between cultural conflict and crime. Especially in the face of the current complicated and intense cultural conflict situation, we should stick to the bottom of the culture, grasp the general direction of cultural development, efforts to improve cultural integration, thus further reduce and control the occurrence of crime.
