浅论张仲景重视脾胃的治疗学思想

张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》一书,继承了《内经》中"人以胃气为本","五脏六腑皆禀气于胃"的思想,并在此基础上不断发展,总结和丰富了外感病及内伤杂病的治则和方药,同时将调治顾护脾胃的思想贯穿其始终,且对于非脾胃疾病的调治亦从脾胃入手,时时不忘顾护脾胃。论文以非脾胃疾病为主,从选方用药及药后调护等方面浅析仲景重视脾胃的学术思想。

ZHANG Zhongjing＇ s book ＂Shanghan Zabing Lun＂ has inherited the ＂Stomach-based＂ principle in the ＂Nei Jing＂ . The idea of ＂all organs and stomachs are suffocating in the stomach＂ has been continuously developed on the basis of this, summarizing and enriching the principles and prescriptions for the treatment of external and internal diseases. At the same time, the idea of taking care of protecting the spleen and stomach will be permeated through it all the time, and the treatment of non-spleen and stomach diseases will be started from the spleen and stomach, and the spleen and stomach will always be taken care of. The paper focuses on the non-spleen stomach diseases, and analyzes ZHANG Zhongjing＇ s academic thought of attaching importance to the spleen and stomach from the perspectives of the use of prescriptions and post-drug conditioning.
