栀黄散治疗踝关节损伤临床观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Zhihuang Powder in the Treatment of Ankle Joint Injury

目的:探究栀黄散治疗踝关节外伤的临床应用价值。方法:选取踝关节外伤患者60例作为研究对象,知情同意后随即将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组患者30例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者采用栀黄散治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组患者患肢的肿胀消退时间以及下地活动时间分别为(2.35±1.12)(4.46±1.25),明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者的治疗有效率为96.7%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义。结论:在踝关节外伤的治疗中,采用栀黄散取得了良好的效果,明显提高了患者的治疗有效率,促进患者及早进行活动,值得在临床中借鉴使用。

Objective： To explore the clinical application value of Zhihuang powder in the treatment of ankle trauma. Methods： A total of 60 patients with ankle trauma were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into study group and control group immediately after informed consent. 30 patients in each group were treated with conventional therapy. Patients in the study group were treated with Qihuang Powder. Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups of patients. Results： The swelling time of the limbs in the study group and the activity time of the down-field were （2.35±1.12） （4.46± 1.25）, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The effective rate was 96.7% in the study group and 80.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion： In the treatment of ankle trauma, it has achieved good results, significantly improved the patient＇ s treatment efficiency, and promoted the patient＇ s early activities, which is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
