中药外敷联合活血消肿汤治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of External Application of Chinese Medicine Combine with Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药外敷联合"活血消肿汤"治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:54例KOA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组27例。2组患者均按临床常规用药及功能锻炼,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药外敷及"活血消肿汤"。2组均于治疗前、治疗后2周进行VAS和Lysholm评分改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组患者膝关节疼痛较治疗前均有不同程度减轻,2组患者VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗组患者治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组治疗后的VAS评分,差异有统计学意义。2组患者治疗前膝关节Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗组患者治疗后的膝关节Lysholm评分明显高于对照组治疗后的膝关节Lysholm评分,差异有统计学意义。结论:在治疗膝关节骨关节炎,常规治疗加用中药外敷联合"活血消肿汤"在缓解膝关节疼痛及膝关节功能活动方面有着良好的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 54 KOA patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 27 in each group. The patients in both groups were given clinical routine medication and functional exercise. The treatment group was given a topical application of traditional Chinese medicine and Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups had improved VAS and Lysholm scores before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results： The pain of knee joints in the treatment group and the control group were relieved to varying degrees before treatment. The VAS pain scores of the two groups were comparable, with no statistically significant difference. The VAS score after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than the VAS score after treatment in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The Lysholm scores of knee joints before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant. The Lysholm score of knees in the treat- ment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, conventional therapy combined with external application of Chinese herbs combined with Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction has a good therapeutic effect in relieving knee joint pain and knee joint function.
