和中止鼽汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗变应性鼻炎

Hezhong Zhihan Decoction Combine with Azoastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:研究和中止鼽汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗应变性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选取符合标准的变应性鼻炎患者92例,依照治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组采用盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗,观察组采用和中止鼽汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗,两2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组疗效、治疗前后症状体征评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.48%(43/46)高于对照组73.91%(34/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、鼻部体征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和中止鼽汤联合盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗应变性鼻炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者症状。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Hezhong Zhihan decoction combine with Azoastine hydrochloride nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： A total of 92 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected ac- cording to the standard. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group. In the control group, azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray was usecl for treatment. I ne ob- servation group received a combination of abortion debridement and azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The efficacy, scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effeetive rate in the ohservation group was 93.48% （43/46） higher than that in the control group （73.91% （34/46））, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of nasal itching, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and nasal signs were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hezhong Zhihan decoction combine with Azoastine hydrochloride nasal spray has significant curative effect on treating rhinitis, and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.
