中医药院校《神经病学》之教学方法微探

Teaching Method of Neurology in University of Chinese Medicine

神经病学是中医药院校中西医结合专业必修课,主要研究中枢和周围神经系统以及骨骼肌相关疾病,具有高理论、高技术、多边缘、多交叉的特点,近年来取得了较快的发展。在实际教学与实践过程中,学生普遍反映本课程难度较大。如何顺应教学教材改革,给教师提供更加便捷、合理的方法与思路,为学生减负,成为教学实践的重要课题。作者从夯实基础与"靶向"教学结合、恰当的手段、重视实践等几个方面对神经病学的教学方法进行探讨,以便更加地有利于与同行交流与学习,共同促进本课程的教学与学科的发展。

Neurology is a compulsory course for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in TCM colleges and universities. It mainly studies the central and peripheral nervous system and skeletal muscle related diseases, and has the characteristics of high theory, high technology, multiple edges, and multiple crossovers. In recent years, rapid de- velopment has been achieved. In the actual teaching and practice process, students generally reflect the difficuhy of this course. How to adapt to the reform of teaching materials, to provide teachers with more convenient and reasonable methods and ideas for students to reduce their burdens, become an important subject of teaching practice. The author discusses the teaching methods of neurology from the aspects of compact foundation and ＂targeted＂ teaching, ap- propriate means, and emphasis on practice, so as to be more conducive to communication and learning with peers, and jointly promote the teaching and discipline and development of this course.
