第三方审查机构管理模式研究

本文以上海市质量技术监督局业务受理中心通过政府公开招投标招录的上海市工业产品生产许可审查机构为基本研究对象,进行实地调研和资料分析,对第三方审查机构管理的现状、实施中的制约因素等进行研究,并对未来管理的着力点和模式建立提出对策建议。

This paper studies the third-party inspection organization of shanghai industrial product production license, which are recruited through the government public bidding launch by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Division of Operating Center. Based on the investigations and data analysis of management status and restrictive factor on the third-party inspection organization, it puts forward some policy recommendations on the management points and establishment of optimal future model.
