摘要
随着新型城镇化建设的推进,以政府为主导的城市更新改造基础数据调查模式更符合我国的实情和发展要求。本文提出的基于GIS数据管理平台的新型基础数据调查模式,融合无人机、地面三维激光扫描等多种先进测绘技术,解决了数据调查过程中数据获取、底图测绘、全景三维建模等关键技术难题,对类似项目具有参考意义。
With the development of new urbanization,the government based urban renewal and reform basic survey model is more in line with the actual situation and development requirements in China. A new basic data survey model based on GIS data management platform is proposed in this paper,which fuses unmanned aerial vehicles,ground-based three-dimensional laser scanning and other advanced mapping techniques. It solves the key technology in the process of investigation data acquisition, mapping,panoramic 3 D modeling and other problems,and has reference significance for similar projects.
