围绕施工安全生产和企业发展目标,以提高员工的专业技术和岗位技能为目的,应用现代企业培训理念,构建培训体系,组合特定的培训项目,实施培训项目负责制,推行以项目负责人为中心、以明确的培训目标为导向、以团队合作为驱动力的项目管理体系和工作方法,对培训项目进行有效开发、策划、执行、控制和协调,完成单项培训活动或系列培训活动,并通过项目评估和督导,实现培训优化管理。
Focusing on the goal of safety production and enterprise development in order to improve the professional skills and job skills of employees, this paper applies the concept of modem enterprise training, constructs a training system, combines specific training programs, implements the responsibility system of training programs, center, with a clear training goal-oriented, team-driven project management system and methods of work, the effective development of training programs, planning, implementation, control and coordination, to complete a single training activities or series oftraining activities, and through project evaluation and supervision, to achieve optimal management training.
