预制混凝土施工现浇楼板的裂缝分析与控制的探讨

Discussion on Crack Analysis and Control of Cast-in-place Slab in Commercial Concrete Construction

预制混凝土为现浇楼板施工的主要材料,施工过程中,如原材料及配比控制不合理,较容易导致裂缝产生,对楼板的质量造成影响。简要介绍了预制混凝土,阐述了混凝土的优势。基于此,以某电力企业的现浇楼板工程为例,对应用预制混凝土产生裂缝的原因进行了分析,在此基础上,重点探讨了裂缝的控制方法,以期能够达到提高预制混凝土施工现浇楼板质量的目的。

Commercial concrete is the main material for cast-in-place floor construction. During construction, such as raw material and proportion control is not reasonable, it is easy to cause cracks and affect the quality of floor. This paper briefly introduces the commercial concrete and expounds the advantages of concrete. Based on this, a power enterprise cast-in-place concrete project as an example, the reason of crack on the application of commercial concrete are analyzed, on this basis, the paper mainly discusses the control methods of cracks, in order to achieve the aims of improving the concrete construction quality of cast-in-place floor.
