10m铝合金智慧路灯设计研究

摘要 随着城市建设不断走向成熟,越来越重视环保和节能材料的使用。在产品设计中,不仅要低成本和高质量的设计理念,同时也需要采用先进的技术满足时代的发展要求。目前,铝合金材料发展迅速,在智慧城市建设过程中,逐渐开始采用铝合金材料进行智慧路灯设计。通过进行铝合金智慧路灯的设计,分析强度模拟,构建了照明系统模型,经产品完成后的综合反馈信息可知,该铝合金路灯产品的各项性能指标均达到标准要求,并且具有一定的应用和发展前景。 As urban construction continues to mature, more and more attention is paid to the use of environmentally friendly and energy-saving materials. In product design, not only low-cost and high-quality design concepts are required, but advanced technologies are also required to meet the requirements of the times. At present, the rapid development of aluminum alloy materials, in the process of building a smart city, gradually began to use aluminum alloy materials for smart street design. In this paper, 10m aluminum alloy wisdom lamp design project, first of all, the design of aluminum alloy wisdom lamp, and then carried out the intensity simulation analysis, and finally build a lighting system model, and ultimately completed the 10m aluminum wisdom lamp product development, the product is completed after the comprehensive feedback information shows that the performance of the aluminum alloy lamp products meet the standard requirements, and has a certain application and development prospects.
